Winter Donation Drive

Bainbridge Performing Arts is hosting a Winter Donation Drive in support of Helpline House during the run of Anastasia, from December 5 to December 22. We invite our patrons and community to join us in giving back by donating new or gently-used winter clothing, non-perishable food items, and new toys for children.

These items are in short supply and donations are greatly appreciated by BPA, Helpline House, and our neighbors who need them.

Winter Clothing including new socks, gently worn coats, mittens, scarves, and hats.

Non-perishable food items such as canned goods, pasta, and shelf-stable meals.

New and unwrapped children’s toys to bring holiday cheer to local families.

Backpacks and good-condition luggage. We’re also accepting backpacks and good-condition suitcases or luggage to support our Nonprofit Spotlight partner Kitsap Foster Care Association. Most people don’t know that kids moving between foster care are often only able to carry their few belongings in a garbage bag and we believe children deserve suitable carrying options.

Donations can be dropped off in the BPA vestibule during box office hours—Wednesday through Friday, 1 PM to 4 PM—or before and during any BPA event.

For those attending Anastasia, you may bring your donations along and drop them off on your way in!

Throughout the drive, BPA staff will deliver contributions to Helpline House to ensure your generosity reaches the community promptly. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for families on Bainbridge Island this holiday season. Thank you for your support and for sharing the spirit of giving this winter!
